An enjoyable, close-up experience of the foods that make NOLA cuisine rock. At each stop along the walk our guide, Susan, shared her knowledge for the cultures and families who created dishes like Gumbo, Beignets, Calas Cakes, Gator Sausage, Muffaletta Sandwiches, Po' Boys, and Pralines. Each stop provided a healthy sample of their specialty for our enjoyment.

A must for the best of New Orleans food staples and history! Our tour guide Nate was very knowledgeable and gave us all the best information while eating some amazing food. I took this tour 3 years ago and it was just as awesome today and it was 3 years ago and I got a different variation of food this time around. Would definitely recommend to get to know the city and the food!

First off Lauren was a wonderful guide!! She was a chef before so she not only gave us a history of New Orleans, but could tell us how to prepare some of the meals. I was only in NOLA for a quick weekend and this tour was perfect so we could have a taste of New Orleans famous Cajun/Creole dishes. I look forward to trying to make a few myself.
