Customers will receive a full refund if the cancellation notice is more than 48 hours prior to the tour. If cancellation is less than 48 hours, there is 100% cancellation fee. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances; not including weather. If the tour is canceled due to severe weather a credit for a future tour date will be issued. No shows will be charged full price. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation.
